EXCELLENT service, the gentleman who answers the phones goes above and beyond to help you out and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the cigar industry. Mr.Fuente, Arturo's grandson reaches out personally to address any questions or concerns you may have and has even gone out of his way to inform me on releases of new products. Overall an OUTSTANDING company and a pleasure to do business with.

I have nothing but high praise for Mr. Fuente and his company. My cigar orders have always been handled with care. The cigars are fairly priced and the packaging and shipment is always top notch. Rating is based on the fact that very pleasant folks from Arturo Fuente corporate sent us to the store. Online search showed a nice store and had great reviews from patrons that had been there. When we arrived sign painted on the building said public welcome but signs on the door stated no entry. We called, and were told we had to go on the website to order and when the order was ready he would bring them out to us, but we were not allowed in the store. So disappointed we could not see in person the cigars that were available.

Great place and owner by the Fuente family. Arturo was extending helpful selecting some rate blends I was looking for a well as provided me with a few that were not even listed on their website. They keep a log of your purchases and are willing to make recommendations based on your likes. What a great asset to the industry. Definitely coming back when I'm in town and ordering online. They treat you like family!

My rating is simply because the actual location is NOT open for in house customers. I arrived to purchase cigars for two weddings and there were no entry signs posted. I called and you have to pay over the phone (via credit card) and know what you want. Wish I could go inside.
